Construction Manager

All Trades Home Solutions LLC is looking for a skilled construction project manager to join our team in Sioux Falls, SD. As a construction project manager, you will oversee various projects, ensure they are completed on time and within budget, and coordinate with skilled trade employees and vendors to deliver high-quality results. Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines
  • Coordinate schedules of skilled trade employees to ensure efficient workflow on the jobsite
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure materials are on the jobsite when they are needed.
  • Inspect building materials and completed work to ensure it is of the highest quality
  • Provide onsite instruction and oversight to skilled trades employees
  • Consistently communicate project details, timelines, and progress to clients
  • Assist the construction estimator in creating quotes for various projects
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
  • Obtain proper building permits and schedule building inspections for projects
  • Monitor and report on project progress

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a construction project manager
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (preferred)
  • General Contractors License (preferred)
  • Completed OSHA 10 or higher or willingness to obtain certification soon after hiring
